This listing is for one (1) custom-shaped, hand-cut, 2-sided metal sign with 18" bracket of your choice. Sign is .040 gauge aluminum, painted the color of your choice. Personalization is done using professional grade outdoor vinyl adhesive.
-Metal sign is hand-cut into the shape of your choice - if you need a shape other than the options given, please message me for pricing
-This sign will measure approximately 16-18" wide and approximately 8-10" long
-Sign is customized on both sides using professional outdoor grade vinyl adhesive. If you need reflective vinyl, please message me for pricing
-There are 3 options for brackets that will accommodate this sized sign...each options is approximately 18" in length
-Hanging hardware is included (s-hooks, rod hooks, chain)
-Mounting hardware is NOT included as all installations differ
-If you have a logo or image you'd like included on the sign, please send it to me through messaging in the highest resolution possible
-Once you've ordered and I have all the necessary information, I will create a proof of your sign prior to making it so that any changes can be made prior to production
When placing your order, please enter the following information in the personalization box:
1. The color of your sign - white is the default color, but you can select from the color chart in the listing photos - all brackets are black
2. Exactly what you want on your sign - text, logo, image, etc. If your image/logo has more than one color, please message me for pricing
3. If using lettering, please indicate the font style you'd like, or inidicate a print or script font so I can create some options for you
4. Color(s) for your lettering/logo/image

Because our items are made to order and, for the most part, custom made, orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, it is very likely we've already begun to make your item(s).
Items will ship the most cost-effective method, via UPS, FedEx or USPS by either First Class mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Post. All items will be protected to minimize damage during shipping. Once an item leaves our possession, Plush cannot be responsible for damage during shipping. You may purchase insurance and tracking at an additional cost. Please message me for those details.
Shipping times vary from state to state. If you require expedited shipping, please select that option at checkout. Weather and other delays are out of our control once packages leave us, so please plan accordingly if you have an event or deadline (especially during the winter months). Refunds for shipping or items that are not delivered within the time frame given by USPS or that you do not receive although tracking information shows delivered, will not be given UNLESS you've paid for Express or other guaranteed services which USPS refunds.

Because our items are custom made, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive your item and it is either incorrect or damaged, please contact us directly and we will correct the mistake and/or send a replacement.

In the unlikely event an item is returnable (owner must approve), a refund will be issued once the item is received back and in the same condition it was received by the customer. We do not issue refunds on shipping costs.
